The Iowa Western Reivers (53-10) earned their 18th trip to Grand Junction with a 19-3 blowout win over Olney Central (IL) in the Northern District Championship Game.  The Reivers enter the tournament winning 35 consecutive contests, dating back to March 27 in a loss to Southeast (NE).
 
Tyler Reichenborn leads the team in batting average at .433.  He also leads the team in runs batted in with 52 and home runs with 5.  Reichenborn also has 19 stolen bases.  Sixteen of the 19 batters for Iowa Western have at least one home run.  Ryan Sullivan has 42 runs batted in while hitting .377.  Iowa Western has a .862 percentage when stealing bases.  They have 81 on the season.
