JUCO Coach's FAQs

  1. How can we get additional Banquet tickets?

    Extra Banquet tickets will be available at Headquarters at the time of registration. The JUCO Office 970-245-9166, Chamber of Commerce 970-242-3214 and Donna Redd 970-263-5707 will have tickets & can answer questions prior to the Banquet.

  2. We have someone requiring a special diet on our team. How do we arrange this for the Banquet?

    Special diet requests should be given to: Donna Redd at Two Rivers Convention Center 970-263-5707 as soon as possible.

  3. What is the “dress code” for the team members and coachs for the Banquet?

    Team dress for the banquet is “Polo shirts / professional look”

    Head Coachs will be seated at head table. We recommend coat ant tie.

  4. Can our school members attending the Banquet sit near our team?

    We do everything possible to make this happen. The earlier the request the better.

  5. How many vehicles are we provided?

    Each team is provided one courtesy car through the day the team is eliminated from the tournament. School must rent any additional vehicles needed.

  6. Who is our Host Club and the contact name?

    Please call the office at 970-245-9166 or email info06@jucogj.org. The information is also in the Tournament Information Booklet mailed to the Regional & District Directors each year.

  7. Our team will need early or additional practice time. How do we arrange this?

  8. Our team won’t be arriving until Friday afternoon. What time does Headquarters close on Friday and what time does the Banquet start?

    Headquarters closes at 4 pm. The Social Hour starts at 6 pm & the Banquet starts at 7pm.
